Operations Management (Flow, Materials, Production & Compliance)

• Technical expert and go-to reference for the electrical workshop
• Ensures the availability of electrical components, materials, tools, and drawings needed for the work
• Works with the team to prevent material shortages, preparation errors, or situations that could slow down production
• Coordinates manufacturing priorities according to the schedule set by the supervisor
• Ensures proper identification and location tracking of electrical panels in production and finished products
• Oversees smooth workflow between preparation, wiring, testing, corrections, and delivery

Leadership

• Works with the team to quickly detect technical or operational issues
• Involves the team in continuous improvement of work methods, organization, ergonomics, and efficiency
• Maintains strong team synergy
• Adopts a positive, motivating, solutions-oriented attitude
• Fosters collaboration with other departments

Performance

• Ensures priorities set by the supervisor are followed
• Coordinates daily activities for efficient workflow
• Tracks progress on panels in production and quickly addresses any issues affecting deadlines

• Ensures quality of work and compliance with electrical standards, drawings, and manufacturing procedures
• Supports the team with testing, energization, and resolving non-conformities
• Contributes to improving productivity, quality, and delivery times

Team Management

• Coordinates work assignments
• Participates in the quality system and ensures compliance with standards
• Performs first-level checks on assembly compliance and shipping preparation
• Collaborates with the quality team leader during inspections or non-conformities
• Ensures tools, equipment, and workstations are functional and well maintained
• Ensures liaison between shifts when required
• Serves as the link between the team and other members of the company
• Promotes the company's values and principles
• Promotes health and safety at work and ensures its application
• Trains and supports new employees on work methods
• Monitors attendance, punctuality, and workplace behavior
• Participates in active supervision rounds and continuous improvement in their area
