Headhunting fees are calculated as a percentage of the candidate's first-year annual salary. This formula aligns our interests with yours: you only pay when a successful hire is made. No fees are charged for research, sourcing, direct approaches or interviews conducted as part of the assignment.

How are your fees calculated?
Our fees generally range from 15% to 22% of the candidate’s first-year annual salary, depending on the complexity of the assignment and the scarcity of the profile sought. This fee covers headhunting, direct approaches, candidate screening, interview coordination and support through to the successful hire. Fees are payable only upon successful placement.
How long does an assignment typically take?
Most of our assignments are completed within three to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the role and the availability of candidates in the market. Do you offer a placement guarantee?
Yes. Our executive search mandates include a replacement guarantee of between 90 and 180 days, depending on the role and the terms of the mandate. The terms of the guarantee are clearly set out in our service agreement before the recruitment process begins.

Our consultants regularly handle assignments requiring a high level of confidentiality, particularly when replacing an employee currently in post, recruiting an executive, or in any situation where a public advertisement is not desirable.
